The following is a listing of all residential property transfers in Lincoln County reported in September. There were 76 transactions posted during this time. During this period, the median sale for the area was a 833-square-foot property on Keene Avenue in Depoe Bay that sold for $336,000.

The condominium located at 4175 North Highway 101, Unit A2 in Depoe Bay was sold on Sept. 22, for $539,000, or $351 per square foot.
