A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Central Lincoln PUD will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 2129 N. Coast Hwy. Newport, Oregon. In addition to regular business, an Executive Session will be held in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(e), (f) and (h) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by governing body to negotiate real property transitions, to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection and to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
