Yachats is in the process of modernizing its zoning and land use code to support a wider range of housing options, enhance housing affordability, and reflect the community's values. Residents are invited to an informal session led by project consultants from Cascadia Partners in the multipurpose room of the Yachats Commons from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 30 to learn about the changes being considered and provide feedback.
