TOLEDO AQUATIC CENTER REPLACEMENT PROJECT
I. LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT
Notice is hereby given that Greater Toledo Pool Recreation District (GTPRD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES for their pool replacement project. GTPRD will receive proposals until July 31, 2025 at 2:00PM via email to Chris Giggy, Sr. Project Manager, Integrity Management Solutions at chris@imsoregon.com, acting on behalf of GTPRD. Late proposals will not be accepted. No reading of the proposals will be conducted nor announcement of specifics discussed.
The RFP document can be obtained by contacting Chris Giggy at chris@imsoregon.com. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, July 23 at 12:00PM at the Greater Toledo Pool. Questions can be submitted via e-mail to Chris Giggy by the deadline specified in the RFP. Do not contact GTPRD personnel directly regarding the RFP.
Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required in the RFP. Proposals submitted will be inspected for basic documents inclusion. All proposers who respond to this solicitation do so at their own expense. No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date and time submitted. GTPRD reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with RFP requirements, that are deemed incomplete, that are not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
