The Board of Directors of the Lincoln County School District, acting in its capacity as the Lincoln County School District’s Local Contract Review Board, will conduct a public hearing during a public board meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 to hear and take testimony on findings for the exemption from competitive bidding requirements of public improvement contracts for the auditorium at Toledo JR/SR High School. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM at the Sam Case Elementary School (459 NE 12th Street, Newport OR 97365)
