Public Notice: Sale of real property by the City of Waldport

Pursuant to ORS 221.725 the City of Waldport is hereby declaring its intent to sell lot 2900 identified on Map 13-11-19-DC. A public hearing shall be held during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on April 10, 2025 starting at 4 p.m. This lot is a bare land lot located within Township 13 subdivision, and zoned residential R1.

The city council has determined that it is in the financial interest of the city to sell this lot to replenish the funds used to purchase the larger lot from which this lot was subdivided. An offer has been made on the publicly marketed lot and will be considered for acceptance at the end of this hearing.
