Narrative Summary
On September 24, 2020 at approximately 12:29 am the Oregon State Police were given information by the Lincoln City Police Department about a crash near milepost 7 on highway 18. PacWest Ambulance transported the male driver by ground to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital for treatment. The driver showed signs of impairment and consented to a voluntary blood sample. The driver was cited and release for DUII, Reckless Driving, and DWS Misdemeanor. The driver was additional cited in lieu of custody for two warrants out of Salem Municipal Court. The vehicle was towed by Car Care for safekeeping.

Narrative Summary
**eCrash Report** On 09/24/2020 at approximately 18:15, Unit #1 a white 2007 Toyota Corolla was eastbound on US Highway 20 near milepost 31.5. The driver lost control of the vehicle and spun across the westbound lane and off the northern shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle struck a group of trees as it came to an uncontrolled rest. All occupants were wearing seatbelts and airbags deployed. The passenger sustained minor injuries but refused medical treatment. The operator of the vehicle reported swerving to avoid an unidentified object in the roadway. At the vehicle owner’s request, Coast Towing removed the vehicle from the scene. The operator was issued a violation citation for failure to drive within her lane. OSP was assisted at the scene by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
