Narrative Summary
On 06/14/21 at approximately 12:44 PM, Oregon State Police was dispatched to the area of US-101 at the Wakonda beach access (milepost 159) on a reported individual blocking construction vehicles from delivery and placement of boulders to reinforce the cliff. Upon arrival, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) Deputies had the suspect detained in the rear of their patrol vehicle. Suspect was arrested, transported to, and lodged at Lincoln County Jail (LCJ) for Disorderly Conduct II (ORS 166.025) and Criminal Trespass II (ORS 164.245).

Narrative Summary
(ecrash) On 6/15/21 at approximately 7:55 am I was dispatched to a single vehicle, injury crash, involving a blue Nissan Frontier (567KUV), which occurred on US 101 near milepost 130. The truck was southbound and negotiating a curve on wet asphalt when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle lost traction and went into a counterclockwise spin. It crossed the opposing lane of travel and struck the earthen embankment on northbound shoulder with the rear passenger side. The vehicle rebounded back into the southbound lane and came to an uncontrolled rest against the southbound guard rail, fully blocking the southbound lane. The driver was cited for Fail to Drive within Lane. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Rowley’s Towing.

Narrative Summary
***E- CRASH*** On 06/15/21 at approximately 8:10 AM, a single-vehicle crash occurred on US-101 around milepost 124. Northbound Vehicle #1 (black Explorer) attempted to turn right (east) into Chester’s Market, misjudged the location of the driveway, and collided with a Central Lincoln PUD transformer box immediately north of the old Depoe Bakery driveway. Vehicle #1 was driveable, all occupants wore safety restraints, and no injuries were reported. Central Lincoln PUD and Depoe Bay Fire assisted the scene.
