Narrative Summary
The driver of a blue Ford Focus crashed his vehicle traveling WB on SR-18. The driver was alone and admitted to drinking. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUII after voluntary SFSTs. The driver provided a breath sample at the Lincoln City Police Department indicating a 0.08% BAC. The driver was cited in lieu of custody for DUII. The driver requested a tow from Lincoln City and advised Car Care Towing would work.

Narrative Summary
I observed a northbound traveling Jeep was being driven poorly. During a traffic stop I observed the driver was impaired. The driver performed voluntary SFSTs with help with a Lincoln County SO Spanish speaker. At the completetion of the tests the driver was arrested for DUII. The driver provided a breath sample indicating a 0.14% BAC at Lincoln City PD. The driver was cited in lieu of custody to his family who had also assisted with removal of the involved vehicle.
