Narrative Summary
A single vehicle crash was reported at highway 20 and Cline Hill involving a white Subaru SUV which struck guardrail. The Subaru was westbound when it crossed the road and crashed into eastbound guardrail. During police contact with the involved driver the driver displayed indicators of impairment. The driver was arrested for DUII and transported to Newport. A search warrant was granted and a breath test and blood test were completed. The breath test indicated a 0.19% BAC. The blood will be sent off for further testing. The vehicle was towed by Coast Towing. The driver was cited and released due to COVID concerns.

Narrative Summary
While on an unrelated traffic stop, two individuals were observed leaving a bar and appeared heavily intoxicated. The individuals began to climb into their car, then elected to walk away from their car, as if to walk home. As the traffic stop was cleared, the individuals were seen walking back towards their car. After driving further down the highway, then turning onto a side street, the vehicle was observed leaving the parking lot. The vehicle was stopped for making an illegal left turn. Upon further investigation the driver was asked to consent to field sobriety tests. The driver performed poorly and was subsequently arrested for DUII. The vehicle was secured on scene and the driver was transported to Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample of 0.09% BAC. Lincoln County Jail refused to lodge, so the subject was cited and given a courtesy ride home.

**E-Crash** A blue dodge Dakota was south bound on highway 101 near mile post 154. The driver stated that they fell asleep at the wheel. The vehicle drifted off the highway and into the ditch on the west bound shoulder. Roadway evidence suggests the vehicle traveled up a embankment causing the vehicle to roll and land on its driver side back on the highway. The vehicle then slid on its side down the highway for a distance before coming to a stop. The driver was uninjured. Driver was cited for DWS and No Insurance. Coast towing towed the vehicle.

On 6/11/22 at approximately 130PM I responded to a report of a theft from Beverly Beach State Park. The subject camping in a yurt in site A-25 reported two bags were taken. Inside one of the bags was a semi-automatic handgun. The bags taken are described as a black duffle bag bearing a white Nike emblem and the other is an olive green colored, military style backpack.
