***E-CRASH*** On 01/03/19 at approximately 6:33 AM, a two-vehicle crash occurred at the US-20/SR-229 intersection. Vehicle #1 (red Toyota pickup) was southbound on SR-229 and entered the intersection in front of eastbound Vehicle #2 (silver Focus). #2 swerved but could not avoid collision. Both drivers wore safety restraints, airbags deployed in #2. AA Rowleys Towed both vehicles. Driver #1 cited for Fail to obey traffic control device.

Narrative Summary
On 1/3/2020 the Oregon State police received a report of a possible hit and run that occurred on 12/28/2019, in Depoe bay. The complainant was contacted for information. According to the complainant, their vehicle was parked near the whale watching station in Depoe bay and was hit by another vehicle. The complainant was unable to give any information regarding offending vehicle. There is no suspect information at that time.

Narrative Summary
A northbound RV was observed dumping waste. The vehicle was followed to Yamhill County where police made contact with the RV’s driver. The RV’s driver was disposing of waste by legitimate means upon contact. The driver admitted to releasing a minimal amount of waste roadside while trouble shooting a mechanical issue. No waste could be located at the dump location. The driver was warned for offensive littering.
