eCrash – On 9/25/20 at approximately 2PM a northbound vehicle near milepost 145 of US Highway 101 drove through the southbound lane and into the ditch. Vehicle continued in the ditch and over a driveway prior to striking a mailbox. Mailbox was destroyed. Driver continued northbound out of the ditch and back onto the roadway. No injuries were reported. Vehicle sustained minor damage. Homeowner was provided insurance information for repairing the mailbox. Vehicle was driveable.

**E-Crash Only** The Oregon State Police responded to the report of a two vehicle crash near milepost 3.5 on Highway 34. A Lincoln County Deputy arrived on-scene prior and discovered a 3rd vehicle was involved. A black Toyota Camry pulled onto Highway 34 from a driveway in front of a westbound Blue Ford F-350, the F-350 was forced to swerve into the oncoming lane and collided with a gold Toyota Prius which was travelling eastbound. It was discovered that the Toyota Camry was stolen, that case was handled by LCSO.

**E-Crash Only** The Oregon State Police responded to a two vehicle crash near milepost 20 on Highway 34, Lincoln County, Oregon. A red Ford F-150 was travelling westbound in a line of slow moving traffic, when a passing lane arrived the driver began to pass the vehicles. The #2 vehicle in the line then pulled out in front of the F-150 in order to turn left off the highway. The driver of the F-150 attempted to stop but was unable to avoid the collision. No injuries were reported on scene. Both vehicles were towed by Charlie’s Towing out of Corvallis.

I followed up with the employees at the store and gathered copies ATF e – Form and the FICS On – line purchase denial form. I called the individual that was denied the purchase and scheduled an in person interview for 9/29/2020. The investigation is currently on – going.

Narrative Summary
On 9/27/2020 at approximately 9:28 PM, I received a report from Lincoln County Sheriff’s office about a possible menacing that occurred at approximately 7:00 PM that day. The incident occurred on Cristler Loop in Toledo in front of a residential house. I spoke with the complainant and the alleged suspect regarding the issue. The complainant told me she had peppered sprayed the alleged suspect’s dog a week prior to this incident. This led to an argument that occurred at the time and place mentioned above. The parties involved told me the argument was verbal, and did not lead to a physical confrontation. Based on their statements it did not meet the requirements for the crime of menacing.

On 09/30/20 at approximately 09:41 AM, OSP assisted the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office near 253 N Deer Drive. The Deputy had responded to a disturbance call in the area. The Deputy had detained a male subject for a peace officer mental hold who then began resisting after being placed in wrist restraints. The situation was deescalated and male was secured and transported from the scene. The subject was also detained on a Lincoln County Parole/Probation detention warrant.
