***E-CRASH*** On 09/23/21 at approximately 3:30 AM, a single-vehicle versus elk crash occurred on US-20 around milepost 25. Westbound Vehicle #1 (blue CMV tractor-trailer combo) crashed into two elk in the westbound lane of travel, rendering the tractor inoperable. No injuries were reported, the owner coordinated tow of the vehicle.

Narrative Summary
On 9/25/21 at approximately 5PM a southbound vehicle left the roadway and crashed near milepost 28 of Highway 229. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI Alcohol. Driver consented to a blood draw. Blood sample will be analyzed for alcohol content. Vehicle was towed by Coast Towing. Toledo PD and LCSO assisted at the scene. Driver was cited and released for DUI Alcohol.

Narrative Summary
On 9/25/21 at approximately 11:44PM a westbound BMW left the roadway and crashed into trees near milepost 6.5 of Highway 18. Vehicle also struck a road sign, a highway marker, and a power pole support cable. Driver was transported to the hospital where his BAC was measured at .28%. Subject was issued citations for DUI Alcohol, DWS violation, fail to install an IID and a search warrant was executed to seize driver’s blood for evidence. Car Care removed the vehicle. North Lincoln Fire and LCSO assisted at the scene.
