Narrative Summary
E-crash: Unit #2 (Chevrolet Venture) was driving northbound on Highway 101 near milepost 121 when Unit #1 (unknown), heading southbound, crossed the center line and struck the driver side mirror of Unit #2. The driver of Unit #2 pulled off to the side of the highway while Unit #1 failed to stop and continued southbound. The driver of Unit #2 was only able to provide that the vehicle was a white car with driver side mirror damage. An attempt to locate the vehicle was made, but was unsuccessful. Investigation closed due to lack of suspect information. The driver Unit #2 was given a copy of the crash report.

Narrative Summary
An Oregon State Trooper attempted to stop a black Kia Niro for traveling 62 mph in a 35 mph zone. The driver did not pull over after lights and sirens were used. The Oregon State Police no longer attempted to stop the vehicle but gave updates to Lincoln City PD of its location. Lincoln City PD set up with two units and attempted a stop near milepost 117 on US-101 NB. The driver stopped and OSP took the driver into custody for Attempt to Elude using a vehicle. The driver was issued a citation for the crime and for speeding.

Log Only: The Oregon State Police were called to what initially appeared to be a two vehicle crash on US-101 near milepost 132. During contact a concerned citizen had slowed in front of a NB Honda which had been driving on two flat tires. The male driver of the Honda was incoherent. Ambulance professionals transported the male to the hospital in Newport with extremely low blood sugar levels. The male asked for his vehicle to be towed. Rowley’s Towed the vehicle as requested by the owner for safe keeping.
