Narrative Summary
The driver was contacted for driving poorly on 3 Rocks Road. During the initial contact the driver drove away and a short pursuit entailed. After the pursuit was terminated the driver was later located at his residence and was arrested for DUII. The drive provided a breath sample indicating a 0.05% BAC. The driver was cited and released to his residence.
