Narrative Summary
On 1/13/21 at approximately 3PM a disturbance was reported at Smelt Sands State Park in Yachats, Oregon. I responded and contacted a male and female adult along with a child in the vehicle. Investigation revealed female had assaulted the male subject numerous times. Female was taken into custody and evaluated at the hospital for her level of intoxication. Female was lodged at Lincoln County Jail where she also assaulted a jail deputy. Female was charged with Assault 4 constituting Domestic Violence in the presence of a child and Assault of a public safety officer.

Narrative Summary
The Oregon State Police received a 911 driving complaint of a vehicle driving poorly on highway 18 westbound. The vehicle was located on US-101 as it came into Lincoln City and similar driving was observed by law enforcement. The vehicle was stopped, and the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver performed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUII. The driver provided a breath sample indicating a 0.18% BAC. The driver was cited in lieu of custody for DUII and DWS Misdemeanor Revoked Habitual offender.
