CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
OREGON COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE GO-BOND PROGRAM
Notice is hereby given that Oregon Coast Community College (OCCC) is seeking proposals from qualified general contracting firms interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for their GO-Bond Program construction projects. The RFP document can be obtained from OCCC’s representative, Chris Giggy, Integrity Management Solutions, at chris@imsoregon.com or from the OCCC Bond Program website at www.oregoncoast.edu/ocatt/. OCCC will receive proposals until March 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM via e-mail. Late proposals will not be accepted. No reading of the proposals will be conducted, nor announcement of specifics discussed.
A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1 PM PST on March 11, 2025 starting in the Central County Campus lobby in Newport, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss OCCC’s expectations, answer questions and tour the campuses. All firms wishing to submit a proposal must be represented at this meeting.
Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by OCCC. Proposals will be inspected for basic document inclusion. OCCC reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with RFP requirements or that are deemed incomplete. All proposers who respond to this solicitation do so at their own expense. No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date and time set for opening. Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279. The Proposer must indicate if they are a resident as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor is licensed under ORS 701.005 – 701.055. OCCC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
