    The Lincoln County League of Women Voters and Oregon Coast Community College are co-sponsoring a local candidate forum from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10 at the college’s campus in Newport. League president Jean Cowan will serve as moderator. The evening will begin with a candidate “meet and greet” from 5:30-6:00 p.m., followed by the first hour highlighting races for the Oregon Legislature and Lincoln County commission. Candidates who have confirmed their participation includes Sen.
