AGENDA

An executive session of the Depoe Bay City Council will be held in person at the above
noted time and date for the purpose(s) authorized and identified in the Oregon Revised
Statute(s) below.
A. Call Meeting to Order and Establish a Quorum
B. Oregon Revised Statute(s):
 ORS 192.660 (2) (b) – To consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear
complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member
or individual agent who does not request an open hearing.
The Executive Session will be conducted for Council members and approved staff. Executive Sessions
are open to the media. News Media Representatives are specifically directed not to report on any
deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as
previously announced. In executive session meetings, cameras, tape recorders, and other recording
devices shall not be used; except for the official executive session recording. No decision may be made
in executive session.
C. Adjourn
The City Council will convene a special meeting to act on the above, if necessary, immediately
following the executive session in accordance with Oregon Public Meetings Laws.
