An executive session of the Depoe Bay City Council will be held in person at the above
noted time and date for the purpose(s) authorized and identified in the Oregon Revised

Statute(s) below.

A. Call Meeting to Order and Establish a Quorum
B. Oregon Revised Statute(s):
 ORS 192.660 (2) (b) – To consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear
complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member
or individual agent who does not request an open hearing.
C. The City Council may, during the following regular session, act on the above in
accordance with Oregon Public Meetings Laws.
