Central Coast Chorale is putting the final touches on its music for the upcoming holiday concert, “Winter Wonder, Celebrating the Season of Light.” The first half of the concert celebrates Kwanzaa, Chanukah, and Winter Solstice, and the second half features Christmas music.
Three performances are:
- 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15 at the Yachats Commons;
- 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 at Chapel by the Sea, 2125 S.E. Lee Ave., Lincoln City;
- 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18 at First Presbyterian Church, 227 N.E. 12th St., Newport.
Admission is a suggested $10 per person.
Guests are invited to participate in a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will help restore the chorale’s accounts that were severely depleted during the closures necessitated by the pandemic.
