Lincoln City drowning victim identified as 43-year-old Corvallis woman

The person who drowned in the ocean near the mouth of Siletz Bay on Sunday afternoon has been identified as Caroline Moses, 43, of Corvallis. Moses died after being swept out to sea by a sneaker wave.
