State agencies, Coast Guard still looking for source of beach tar balls
        Officials in Oregon and Washington are still trying to determine the source of mysterious tar balls that have appeared on coastal beaches the past week. Samples of the sticky substance were seen as far north as Long Beach, Wash., all the way down to the north side of the Alsea Bay at Waldport.
