Narrative Summary
***E-CRASH*** On the evening of February 10, 2020, the Oregon State Police was dispatched to a non-injury, non-blocking four vehicle crash on Hwy 101 near mile post 152, just south of Seal Rock. The crash investigation found Unit # 3 (white Toyota sedan) and Unit # 2 (gray Dodge truck) were stopped in the south bound lane of Hwy 101 for a vehicle making a left turn onto NW Fox Creek Dr. Unit # 1 (white Ford truck) was travelling south directly behind Unit # 2 but failed to stop in time to avoid crashing into Unit # 2. Unit # 2 was pushed into the opposing lane and struck Unit # 4 (silver Honda sedan) in a side swipe fashion. Unit # 1 then crash into the rear of Unit # 3. The driver of Unit # 1 was cited for Following Too Close. The driver of Unit # 2 was cited for No Operators License. All vehicles were removed from the scene by Rowley’s Towing.
