Narrative Summary
Two vehicle crash occurred at milepost 13 on Hwy 18. Unit #1 was a black Ford Crown Victoria, Unit #2 was a green Suzuki SUV. Unit #1 was headed east, unit #2 was headed west. While both were negotiating a moderate curve, Unit #1 crossed over the centerline and into the westbound lane, into the path of unit #2, colliding with the driver side. Unit #2 drove into the guardrail and came to rest on the westbound shoulder. Unit #1 returned to its lane and came to rest on the eastbound shoulder. One person out of unit #2 was transported to north Lincoln Hospital for observation. No other injuries were reported at the scene. Lincoln City towing towed unit #1, South County Towing towed unit #2.

Narrative Summary
eCrash – On 10/22/19 at approximately 11AM I responded to a three vehicle crash in Seal Rock. Evidence at the location supports three vehicles traveling northbound when the lead vehicle, Unit 3 Silver Hyundai stopped to turn east into a parking lot. Unit 2 white Jeep stopped behind unit 3. Unit 1 silver Mazda, was unable to stop and collided with rear end of unit 2. Unit 3 was not damaged. Driver and passenger of unit 1 were transported to the hospital with undisclosed injuries. Central Coast Fire, Seal Rock Fire, ODOT and Pac West and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene. Driver of unit 1 was cited for following too closely and driving suspended violation. Waldport Tire towed unit 1.
