On 9/27/2019 a witness observed a subject actively fishing along the Salmon River near Otis. The witness recognized the subject as an individual who is prohibited from fishing with a lifetime angling suspension. The subject was contacted by an Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Trooper along the Salmon River and admitted to fishing. A second witness confirmed he had observed the subject fishing in the area. The subject was detained and later charged for the listed charge. The subject’s fishing pole was seized as evidence.

Narrative Summary
A fight between two men was occurring at US-101 and MP 129. Upon arrival the fight had already stopped. One male had visible injury to his face. The other involved male had fled into the woods. Shortly later the suspect male was located and arrested for Assault 4, DUII, and two active warrants for his arrest, one from Clatsop County Circuit Court and one from Florence Police Department. The male was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail. He provided a valid breath sample indicating a 0.18% BAC.

**eCrash Report** On 09/28/2019 at approximately 13:48 PM, Unit #1, a gold, 2001 Hyundai Elantra, was westbound on SR 18 near milepost 8. The driver looked away from the road to pick up some candy and drove off the northern side of the highway. The vehicle drove into a ditch and came rest approximately 100 feet east of the intersection of SR-18 and Maple Drive. There were no injuries sustained. The driver of the vehicle was cited for Failure to Drive Within Lane. The driver made her own arrangement for the removal of the vehicle.
