Narrative Summary
On the evening of September 16, 2019, the Oregon State Police responded to Hwy 18 near mile post 10 after receiving reports of a male suspect breaking a window to a red Subaru hatchback. The complainant reported seeing a white truck early 2000’s model parked behind the red Subaru. Upon arrival, the white truck was no longer there. Further damage was found to the rear windshield and hatch door. The registered owner of the red Subaru reported selling the vehicle two months ago with no current owner contact information. The vehicle was tagged as an abandoned.

Narrative Summary
eCrash – On 9/17/19 at approximately 12PM a vehicle slowed for a separate crash near milepost 4 of US Highway 20. Unit 1 (gray Nissan) was unable to stop and collided with the rear end of unit 2 (white Toyota). Driver and passenger of the Toyota reported no injuries but a visible mark was observed on the driver’s forehead. An infant passenger was securely fastened in a car seat in the Toyota. Driver of the Nissan reported she was going to the hospital for evaluation. Rowley’s towing towed the Nissan. Driver of the Toyota drove the vehicle from the scene.
