On 3/2/2022 a silver SUV lost control and rolled over on SR-18 around milepost 2. The SUV was able to drive away from the scene with no reported injuries from the involved party. Lincoln Fire Department removed debris from the road and recovered a cell phone. Information on how to recover the phone was passed to the owner through Salem Police Department.

On 3/5/22 I responded to a MVA on US-18 at milepost 5. Veh1 was attempting to conduct a Uturn and was t boned by veh 2. Driver of veh 2 and the passenger of veh 1 were transported for injuries. Driver of veh was uninsured and driver of veh 2 was no op. Both drivers were cited and both cars were towed by Carcare towing. Crash report to follow.

Narrative Summary
A driving complaint was called in on a white Toyota truck northbound from Newport to Depoe Bay. Lincoln County SO located and stopped the truck. The Oregon State Police assisted on the traffic stop and both officers observed the involved driver appeared impaired. The driver performed voluntary field sobriety tests and further impaired was observed. The driver was arrested and transported to the Lincoln City Police Department where he provided a breath sample indicating a 0.11% BAC. The truck was towed incident to arrest by Car Care Towing. The driver was cited and released for the crimes to his residence.
