***E-CRASH*** On 06/23/21 at approximately 11:50 AM, a two-vehicle crash occurred on SR-18 around milepost 4. Eastbound Vehicle #1 (blue Silverado) crossed the centerline and collided at an angle with westbound Vehicle #2 (black Elantra). All occupants wore safety restraints, airbags deployed in #2, and no injuries were reported at the scene. Car Care Tow Pro towed both vehicles. Driver #1 reported “nodding off” and was cited for Careless Driving and DWS-Violation.

***E-CRASH*** On 06/23/21 at approximately 4:46 PM, a two-vehicle head-on crash occurred on US-101 around milepost 122. Southbound Vehicle #1 (black Dodge pickup) crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into northbound Vehicle #2 (white Sierra). Both drivers wore safety restraints, airbags deployed, and minor injury was reported at the scene. Rowley’s Towing towed both vehicles. Driver #1 cited for Careless Driving-accident. ODOT and Depoe Bay Fire assisted the scene.

Narrative Summary
On 06/24/21 at approximately 12:00 AM, a two-vehicle collision occurred on US-101 around milepost 111. Southbound Vehicle #2 (maroon Dodge pickup) topped a hill and encountered Vehicle #1 (silver Suzuki passenger car) sideways in its southbound lane of travel. Scene evidence and statements indicate Vehicle #1 was northbound, lost control, and crossed the centerline and southbound lane of travel before crashing into the southbound guardrail and coming to rest sideways in the southbound lane. Driver #1 was transported by PACWEST Ambulance to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital with injury. All occupants of Vehicle #2 were uninjured and #2 was driveable. #1 towed from the scene by Rowley’s Towing. Upon contact with Driver #1, several indicators of impairment were observed and an implied consent blood draw was obtained. Driver #1 cited and released for DUII-Alcohol and Reckless Driving. LCPD, LCSO, ODOT, North Lincoln Fire, and PACWEST Ambulance assisted the scene.
