Narrative Summary
eCrash – Unit 1 Ford SUV turned north onto US Highway 101 near milepost 128 and southbound unit 2 Toyota Prius collided with Unit 1. Unit 2 came to an uncontrolled rest in the southbound ditch facing northeast. Unit 1 came to an uncontrolled rest in the northbound lane facing southwest. Both drivers were transported for evaluation. Depoe Bay Fire, ODOT and civilians assisted at the scene. Witnesses reported Unit 1 turned in front of Unit 2. Coast Towing removed both vehicles. Driver of unit 1 was issued a citation for failure to yield prior to entering highway.

Narrative Summary
eCrash – On 3/19/21 at approximately 2:40PM an eastbound vehicle on Highway 20 near milepost 5 in Toledo stopped to turn north into Dahl’s Disposal. The vehicle had no working brakelights or turn signals. Other eastbound vehicles collided with one another causing four vehicles to sustain damage. Unit 1 black Honda Civic driver was cited for failing to use turn signal and failure to have required lighting on his vehicle. Unit 2, black Ford Focus sustained moderate damage to the front end and was towed by Coast Towing. Unit 3, white Ford pickup sustained minor damage to rear end. Unit 4, silver Toyota Camry sustained moderate damage to front end and was towed by Coast Towing. Unit 5, black Toyota SUV, sustained minor rear end damage. ODOT, LCSO, Toledo PD, and Toledo Fire assisted at the scene.

E-Crash: The Mazda was being driven southbound on SR-229. Near milepost 5.2 the vehicle drove off the southbound shoulder and into a ditch. The female drive had been seen outside the vehicle but had left the scene. The Mazda was towed by Car Care Towing. No suspect information at this time.
