Narrative Summary
***eCrash*** A Green Isuzu SUV was traveling northbound on US-101 near milepost 111 when it left the roadway while negotiating a left curve. The SUV entered the northbound ditch, rolled onto its passenger side, and re-righted itself a short distance away when it came to an uncontrolled rest. Witnesses stated the driver of the vehicle immediately fled the scene and they were unable to identify or describe the driver. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Care Free Towing due to it’s close proximity to the roadway and possible environmental impact to a nearby water source.

Narrative Summary
I was dispatched to a single vehicle, non blocking, non injury crash on Hwy 18 near milepost 8 in Lincoln County. The RP stated the driver of unit 1 (silver sedan) appeared impaired and became combative with her. Upon contacting the driver she displayed multiple signs of impairment, was unable to perform SFST’s and was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Harassment. The driver was transported to the Lincoln City PD where her BAC was measured at .20%. The vehicle was towed by CarCare Towing.

eCrash – On 11/14/20 at approximately 1:30PM a westbound vehicle unit 1 (silver Mazda) on US Highway 20 near milepost 18 lost control on the wet roadway and crossed over into the eastbound lanes of travel. Unit 1 rotated and collided with unit 2 (black Kia). Unit 2 also rotated. Vehicles came to rest on the eastbound shoulder. No injuries were reported. Coast Towing removed both vehicles. Driver of unit 1 was issued a citation for failure to drive within lane.

**Log only** On 11/14/2020 at approximately 5:45 PM, OSP received a report of a two vehicle non-reportable crash that occurred on US-101 near milepost 120. When I arrived on scene, both vehicles hit the same tree, but were two separate crashes. This vehicle was a white 2017 Ford Transit van and it was traveling north. A large tree had fallen on top of vehicle due to severe weather conditions. The driver was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. There was a high volume of crashes and hazards that occurred on this date due to weather conditions. Car Care Tow Pro, recovered this vehicle.

**Log only** On 11/14/2020 at approximately 6:13 PM, OSP received a report of a two vehicle non-reportable crash that occurred on US-101 near milepost 130. Both vehicles had been traveling north when a tree had collapsed on the highway due to severe weather conditions. The vehicles involved were a silver 2006 Toyota Highlander (Unit #1), and a white 2001 Honda Accord (Unit #2). Unit #1 had struck the collapsed tree, and Unit #2 rear-ended Unit #1 shortly after. Both drivers were given case numbers, and escorted to a gravel pullout on Otter Crest Loop. The drivers would arrange a tow on a later date.

This niche report was created in error, and was meant to be cleared with a disposition code 22. Due to the high volume of crashes that occurred on this date, I did not have time to gather driver/vehicle information.

Narrative Summary
On 11/14/20 at approximately 6:33 pm I was dispatched to a three-vehicle crash which occurred on US 101 near mile post 120. When I arrived on scene multiple witnesses advised the male and female occupying the at-fault vehicle had switched seats after the crash so the male was now in the passenger seat. When questioned the male admitted he was the driver and switched seats after the crash. Unit #2, a blue GMC SUV (Washington BFK4277) and Unit #3, a silver Buick sedan (ZAE625), were stopped in the in the northbound B lane and A lane respectively because of a tree down and blocking the highway approximately one half mile north of their location. Unit #1, a gray Chevy Malibu (594JVW), was northbound at a high rate of speed when it lost traction while braking on wet asphalt and struck the blue GMC on the driver side. Unit #1 deflected off the blue GMC and directly rear-ended the silver Buick. The offending driver was determined to have suspended driving status at a misdemeanor level. The driver smelled of alcohol and exhibited numerous signs of impairment. He consented to and performed poorly on SFST’s. The driver was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln City Police Department where he consented to a breath test rendering a result of .17% BAC. The driver was cited and released on charges of DUII, DWS – Misdemeanor, Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangering of a Person.

**Log Only** On 11/15/2020 at approximately 6:22 PM, I assisted a Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LSO) Deputy with a restraining order violation that occurred in a residential area in Siletz. The deputy and I located the male hiding in one of the nearby units. The male was identified through a description given by the parents, and an ID card he had on his person. He was taken into custody by the deputy, and I left shortly after. Refer to LSO case number 20S-2675.
