(Log only) On 10/9/20 at approximately 12PM a passenger suffering emotional issues exited a moving vehicle near milepost 157 of US Highway 101. Subject suffered injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment. Driver of the vehicle provided information and assistance. Pac West ambulance and Yachats Fire assisted at the scene.

Narrative Summary
I stopped the driver for not wearing his seat belt. During the contact a glass pipe with suspected Methamphetamine was observed and seized. The driver was arrested, and the vehicle was searched for additional evidence. No additional evidence was located. The driver was cited and released. The vehicle was towed by AA Rowley as a 780 Impound tow for no insurance and driving while suspended.

**e-Crash** On 10/11/2020 at approximately 6:47 PM I drove up to a single vehicle crash on US-101 near milepost 144. Unit #1 (1998 white GMC pick-up) was traveling northbound on US-101. Unit #1 lost its passenger front tire, and drove into the ditch on the shoulder. The occupants were uninjured, and Rowley’s Towing, towed the vehicle to the driver’s residence.
