Narrative Summary
***E-CRASH*** UNIT #1 (silver Chrysler sedan) was driving north on Hwy 101 when for unknown reason lost control and crossed the oncoming lane of traffic, and eventually crashing into a home. The home was not damage per the homeowner as it struck the concrete foundation. The driver was interviewed and suspected losing control due to poor tire tread on the wet roadway. The driver was cited for Fail To Drive Within Lane, DWS Violation, and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Car Care Towing.

Narrative Summary
On 5/18/20 at approximately 9:28 pm I stopped a gray Nissan on a routine traffic stop on US 101 near mile post 128. Upon contact the driver exhibited signs of impairment and smelled of alcohol. The driver was also the subject of an active misdemeanor warrant in Lincoln County for Fail to Appear on previous charges of DUII, Resisting Arrest and Interfering with a Police Officer. The driver consented to and performed poorly on SFST’s. Once taken into custody the driver became violent with officers and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted to detain the subject in additional safety restraints. The driver was transported to Pacific Communities Hospital where she was medically cleared to be lodged in jail. The driver was transported to Lincoln County Jail where she consented to a breath test rendering a result of .15% BAC. The driver was lodged in jail on charges of DUII – Alcohol and Reckless Driving in addition to the outstanding warrant. The vehicle was towed from the scene by AA Rowley’s Towing. Lincoln County Sheriff Deputies also assisted with transporting the driver’s dogs to Lincoln County Animal Shelter.
