Narrative Summary
On 4/28/20 at approximately 8:49 pm I was patrolling US 20 in the area of mile post 10 when I stopped a white Chevy Camaro, eastbound at a high rate of speed. The driver was identified and determined to be the subject of an active felony, no-bail warrant issued by the Oregon State Parole Board; a parole violation on the original charge of Burglary I. Both Lincoln County Jail and Benton County Jail refused to lodge the suspect because of current COVID-19 restrictions policies. The suspect was issued a speeding ticket and released.

Narrative Summary
eCrash – On 5/2/20 at approximately 8AM a vehicle crash was reported at milepost 11 of highway 18. Evidence at the crash supports a three wheeled Polaris motor vehicle was eastbound when it left the highway and crashed down an embankment. The solo occupant and driver told me the vehicle hydroplaned on standing water. Driver was transported to North Lincoln Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Driver was then transported to Emmanuel Hospital in Portland for further evaluation. North Lincoln Fire, Pac West Ambulance, ODOT and South County Towing assisted at the scene.

Narrative Summary
E-Crash: On May 3, 2020 at approximately 8:00AM, the Oregon State Police responded to the report of a nude female walking on the shoulder of Highway 20, near Tom Jack Rd. Upon arrival the subject had been located by Toledo PD. The subject identified herself as “Jesus” and appeared to be suffering from mental illness. She was transport to Samaritan Hospital by ambulance. Further investigation revealed the subject had crashed her car several hours earlier. See report for further details.

Narrative Summary
(ecrash) On 5/3/20 at approximately 4:57 pm I was dispatched to the report of a two vehicle crash with injuries which occurred on US 101 on the north side of the bridge at Cook’s Chasm. Unit #2, a gray Honda Civic (813DZQ), was southbound and passing the scenic pullout when Unit #1, a Black Chrysler van (Illinois FP100337), which was northbound, turned in front of Unit #2 to park in the pull out. The gray Honda struck the Black Chrysler in the passenger side door and both vehicles came to an uncontrolled rest against the southbound guardrail. All three occupants of Unit #2 where transported to Peace Harbor Medical Center in Florence for injuries. The driver of Unit #1 was not injured. The driver of Unit #1 was cited for making a Dangerous Left Turn. Unit #2 was towed from the scene by Mast Brothers Towing.
