A 26-year-old Tidewater man died Monday afternoon in a single-car rollover accident on Oregon Highway 34.
Oregon State Police said Kyle Herbison was killed about 1:35 p.m. when his westbound Honda Accord crossed through the east lanes, left the road and rolled onto its side near milepost 11. He suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The highway partially or fully closed for five hours.
