WALDPORT — The U.S. Forest Service will be accepting applications for over 1,000 seasonal spring and summer 2020 jobs in Oregon and Washington from Monday, Sept. 16 through Sept. 30 – including 47 in the Siuslaw National Forest.
The Siuslaw forest positions will be in Waldport, Hebo and Reedsport.
The jobs cover specialties such as recreation, biological sciences, visitor services, wildland fire, and timber. The entry-level positions require a varying degree of experience and are great opportunities for college students or people looking for a new, challenging career, the Forest Service said in announcing the application window.
Applications must be submitted on www.USAJOBS.gov between Sept. 16-30.
