Opponents of six-term Lincoln County Commissioner Claire Hall who object to the way she runs meetings and believe she is creating turmoil among employees have been given the go-ahead to begin collecting signatures to force a recall election. The petition to recall Hall passed preliminary requirements Tuesday and will now need 3,940 signatures to advance to a special election.
