WARNER/Oregon Capital Bureau In an effort to stem rising COVID-19 infection rates, Oregon will restrict or close many businesses, curtail activities and put a six-person limit on gatherings — including Thanksgiving — under a statewide “Two-Week Freeze” starting Wednesday.
